Life is hard as a teenager; the stresses and strains of life, trying to find your way and be understood can be a difficult process. On top of that comes school and exams!
The looming anxiety that often comes with exam time can be overwhelming and often does nothing to help the morale and self-belief of the teenager going through it. But….there are ways to lighten the load and reduce the stress by using it to your advantage. Sounds too easy right? Well it’s easier than you think.
Teenage kicks… stress! is a workshop to help those who would like to understand how to get the best out of themselves during the exam period by learning new techniques to help with revision and their own self belief, as well as learning new ways to cope with the ups and downs of being a teenager.
