Unlike gruelling trips to the gym which – let’s face it – for most people lose their appeal before the daffodils have even started poking through the soil, our mindful approach can be brought into your daily life and really change it for the better. Here are just a few of the ways in which it can help you be a happier, healthier person in 2017 and beyond..

Start at the very beginning in our small and friendly beginner's courses

We design all of our beginner’s courses to have a gentle and mindful step-by-step approach. They are suitable for anyone regardless of age, gender or fitness ability. We do not expect you to have any prior knowledge and will start with the absolute basics so you won’t feel out of your depth.

Our classes are kept small so that the quality of teaching can remain high and all Body IQ teachers are highly experienced, highly qualified and fully insured. You can relax in the knowledge that your safety and wellbeing is in good hands.

We are currently running courses in our Milton Keynes studio in Somatics, Soma Pilates, Yoga, Meditation and Tai Chi.

Conscious Yoga

Conscious yoga is a special kind of yoga class that encourages you to focus on how you feel and not on how you look! Regardless of your age, size, gender, fitness ability or previous experience you will be at home in this non-judgmental environment where everyone works to their own level. Particularly suitable for anyone leading a stressful and/or sedentary lifestyle.
