When I came along to the trial class I was so stressed in my life that I was feeling unstable, emotional and exhausted. And I was worried about the class too, thinking I might get judged by others or not be good enough, but I was really pleased to discover that it was a small, friendly class which is totally geared to relaxation and not about physical performance. The teacher has a very calming presence and a sense of humour, which was great as I had been worried that it might all be taken too seriously.
