Join us in spending a delightful Sunday afternoon learning about and experiencing the powerful healing effects of essential oils and making your own first aid product to take home!

Have you ever fancied being the wise one in your family with the right potion to hand for all those common ailments that life throws at you and your loved ones? Do you like the idea of using natural remedies rather than relying on drugs or creams full of nasties? Yes? Well so do we!

Our fully trained aromatherapist will share some of her extensive knowledge on the essential oils that are (ahem) essential for your natural family first-aid kit. You will learn how to deal with burns, bruises, colds, constipation, cuts and grazes, headaches, sinusitis, athlete’s foot and much more besides.

And best of all you will get to make a lovely, smelly product to take home with you. And all included in the course fee!
